Reverend Miguel Sepulveda. I was born in San German, Puerto Rico where I grew up and went to a catholic school.  I am the youngest of four siblings.  For some people to be the youngest in a family is not a good experience, for me it has been the opposite, it has been a blessing.  My mother is still alive and all my siblings are married.  I have three nephews and three nieces.

After I finished high school, I studied at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, where I obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.  During my last two years at the university, I obtained the certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  At the same time I began to work in the Human Resource Department of General Electric, and a year later with Digital Equipment.  When I graduated from the university I was hired by Abbott Laboratories, Puerto Rico Operations, as an Employee Relations Section Manager.  I worked for Abbott for ten years in different areas of human resources.

During my years as a student and then as a professional I was always involved in the church in many different ways, such as altar server, lector, Eucharistic Minister, MC, etc.  I moved to Miami in 1996 to study for the Archdiocese of Miami.  I studied for one year at Saint John Vianney College seminary and for five years at Saint Vincent de Paul regional Seminary.  During my years as a seminarian I worked in Sacred Heart Parish in Homestead, in Prince of Peace, in Mercy Hospital, and in Baptist Hospital where I did the CPE, with the Divorced and Separated Group in Saint Rita in Boca Raton, in Caridad Center (a clinic for migrant) in Boynton Beach.

I was ordained deacon on March 31, 2001 and was assigned to work in Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Parish in Pompano Beach.  On May 11, 2002 I was ordained priest and my first assignment was in Saint Augustine Parish in Coral Gables.

Saint Timothy is my second assignment as a priest.  I came to this parish on June 15, 2004 and since that day I have experienced the respect and love people have for the priest.  It is an honor to be here.
